The electrical guys were here today. Note the light over the garage and to the left of the front door.

The shower surround. I'm glad I paid to upgrade it to brushed metal.

Closet hardware is in. My closet is HUGE! The inspector said that they really did a good job with that plumbing and the plastic sheeting in there. I guess it's a good thing that they needed to put that hole in the wall.

Here is the electrical circuit box, partly finished.

Upstairs HVAC unit.

Downstairs HVAC unit.

This displays the side to side slope of the back yard. It's rather extreme. I think they have some grading left to do.

This is the attic. There is that loose insulation up here. You can just catch the edge of the upstairs HVAC unit in the middle picture. Lots of good support beams up here.

The light fixture in the guest bedroom.

The light fixture (and mirror!) in the upstairs guest bath.

The cool pendant light in the master bath. I really am liking how this room is turning out.

The over the sink fixtures in the master bath. There are separate light switches for all three lights in there.

The dining room chandelier.

The fan/light from the family room. There's a really neat fan control/dimmer switch on the wall.

The doorbell box. I wonder what it sounds like. I didn't ring it, I would have felt rather foolish.

The double ovens. I really like the appliances.

Dishwasher, and part of the island.

The finished circuit box. Look at all those switches!

The back door light and electrical box

This is an issue that the builder will need to address. When they filled in the hole in the front yard from the sewer connection, they didn't compact the dirt. Then the poured the concrete walk, and now the dirt is settling and the walk is buckling. They'll need to rip that up and re-pour it.

Here is another fill issue in the back. That probe is four feet long. It just dropped into that hole near the deck footing.

This is an issue with the ledge under the brick facing. The issue is that there isn't one. They need to provide some support under the brick.

While we were outside, they did more in the kitchen. The cabinet over the stove and the hood are in. That looks pretty nice.

It's a gas stove. Huzzah! (And pretty neat looking to boot!)

This is the foyer chandelier and the ceiling medallion. That looked even better than I'd imagined it.
