We've spent the last 3 days working around the house. Now I can't lift my arms. This is the fan we installed in the computer room. It was in the computer room of the apartment before. This was the easiest installation.

This fan was in the living room in the apartment, we've put it up in the library. This installation didn't go too badly. The screw that holds it to the ceiling was stripped, so that required a trip to the Home Depot. Also the wiring was a bit tricky, but no one was hurt, and we figured it out. It was cake compared to our next chore.

This fan was a huge pain. First, we had to buy a new ladder because the ceiling is like 12 feet high. Then I had some issues with getting the screws to fit in the ceiling brackets tightly enough to hold the fan up. Then I had some issues with the gaskets for the blades. At that point, I decided to call it a night and come back in the morning. Because the fan is so high up, we stopped back at the Home Depot on Sunday morning and got a remote control for the fan, so we wouldn't have to have such long pull chains. As you can see, we did finally get the stupid thing installed.

Alex installed the kitty ledge. This window gets plenty of sun, so I think the kitties will be pleased with their new room.

We put Ralph Lauren Suede paint in the living room. I'm very pleased at how it turned out. Though I'm not sure if it's worth the incredible amount of work it took. Once my ENTIRE BODY stops hurting, I'm sure I'll be happy to have it.

The fridge was delivered Monday too. It fits perfectly.
