These are the standard Hillsborough floor plans. Ours will be modified slightly, with a larger master bedroom with an additional window on the front of the house. Apparently this floor plan was very popular, and the builder wants to add some diversity to the look of the neighborhood.

This is our hole from a couple different angles.

This is the view from the back of the houses. There's a brook down there, but rest assured, our home is above the flood plain.

This is the view from our hole to our neighbors' decks and back yards. The yards aren't huge, but the houses aren't too close together like they frequently are in these cluster homes. The decks are generally off the kitchen area, and they are above daylight basements. All the homes on this side of the street have basements.

These are some of the completed homes in the neighborhood. The first is the Willow, and the second is the Hillsborough.

This is the detail in the dining room in one of the partially finished homes. I believe this is a standard feature.
