The soffit and fascia are on the roof, and they poured the concrete for the stoop. They'll be putting brick up in the next couple of days.

The siding is only on the sides and back of the house. I think they're just about done with it. They're using Hardiplank brand fiber-cement clapboards, which is actually quite good. It won't rot, burn or be eaten by insects. It also requires much less maintenance. Alex and I saw some on an episode of This Old House.
The fireplace is in.
